As our business is based on hiring there is in theory no returns policy.

The returns policy page is only here because google expect to see one.

This does not exclude your normal rights of purchase though, if we turn

up and not as you expected, which is highly unlikely! then of course you have

every right to raise a complaint.

Returns policy is in the main for a product that is purchased online and

physically sent out to you
